JCM Development & Investment Corp. was founded in 2003 by Joseph C. Meek III . JCM Development works to develop affordable residential properties by partnering with home builders and developers. They offer new homes for sale and for rent, at incredible prices and outstanding quality. JCM Development is based out of Citrus County Fl, and has projects in multiple areas. Joseph is active in the community and serves on different committees and is involved with numerous organizations that benefit the area. Joseph Meek III is also the Vice-President of Citrus Builder, which is a home builder in west central Florida. In addition to JCM Development and Citrus Builder, Joseph is also a Citrus County Commissioner, elected in 2008.
Citrus Builder was formed in 1998 and has been dedicated to building quality built, affordable homes in Citrus County Florida with a concentration in the beautiful Citrus Springs and Pine Ridge communities.
